This virtual space hosts representations of the nice stuff in my professional life.

This is about enjoying research. Meeting new people, learning new things, perhaps some Nyoongar language, and embracing the pleasure of sedimentary knowledge's disruption. This is the best stuff. Teeny, tiny steps towards a receding horizon of democracy.

My research focuses on coastal and urban spaces by analysing their associated representations and negotiations. My investigations tend to ask what happens socially when a subject-to-object relation is threatened. Also, these investigations look at institutional practices promoting and constraining democratic negotiation of space.
